1. Overview

HumanDispatch ("Platform", "we", "us") operates a marketplace platform that connects AI agents and businesses ("Clients") with independent contractors ("Talent") for marketing execution services including photography, videography, content creation, event staffing, and related services.

2. Platform Role

HumanDispatch is a technology platform that facilitates connections between Clients and Talent. We are not an employer of Talent and do not control how Talent performs their work. We provide:

3. Client Terms

By using our API or platform, Clients agree to provide accurate task specifications and budgets, fund escrow holds at booking, review deliverables within 7 days, comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations, and not use the platform for prohibited tasks.

4. Talent Terms

By registering as Talent, you agree to provide accurate information about your skills and availability, complete booked work according to the task specification, check in with GPS verification when required, deliver work that meets acceptance tests, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding for payment.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. The Platform charges a 15% service fee on completed work. Funds are held in escrow until the Client accepts the deliverables. Talent payouts are initiated within 24 hours of acceptance.

6. Dispute Resolution

Tier 0: Automated QA failure — Talent must resubmit. Tier 1: Structured rework — limited change requests. Tier 2: Platform adjudication — may result in partial refund or payment.

7. Prohibited Uses

Strictly prohibited: credential fraud, identity impersonation, fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, social media manipulation, tasks that circumvent security measures, or any task that violates applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all deliverables are the property of the Client upon acceptance and payment. Talent grants the Client a perpetual, worldwide license to use all delivered work.

9. Limitation of Liability

HumanDispatch provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the quality or reliability of Talent work. Our liability is limited to the fees we collect on the specific transaction in dispute.
