HumanDispatch is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

3. How We Use Information
We use information to match talent to tasks, process payments, verify onsite attendance, run QA checks, communicate about platform activity, and detect fraud.
4. Information Sharing
We share with Clients (talent profile for booked tasks), Talent (task details for accepted work), Stripe (payment processing), and law enforcement (when required). We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Minimization
We collect only what's necessary. GPS is only collected for onsite check-ins. EXIF data is only used for QA verification.
6. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you can access, correct, or delete your information. You can withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Contact us or file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
7. Security
We use TLS encryption, scoped API keys, HMAC-signed webhooks, append-only audit logs, and regular security reviews.
